Question 1

Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not offer shuttle service to or from St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Customers arrange their own transportation using Uber, Lyft, a taxi, or a friend or family member. Since our facility is approximately 13 minutes from the airport, rideshare costs are typically low, often $15 to $25 each way.

Question 2

How far are you from Lambert Airport?

Accepted Answer

Our facility is located approximately 13 minutes from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). The exact travel time may vary slightly depending on traffic, but it is a short, straightforward drive.

Question 3

Can I store my car for several months?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is exactly what we are designed for. Our service is built for travelers going away for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months or longer. We have a 30 day minimum stay requirement, and billing is done in 30 day increments.

Question 4

Will my battery die while I am gone?

Accepted Answer

Without maintenance, yes a standard car battery will typically lose its charge within 4 to 8 weeks of nonuse. For indoor storage customers, we offer an optional battery trickle charger service for an additional charge.

Question 5

How do you prevent flat tires during long storage?

Accepted Answer

Flat spots can develop when a vehicle sits in one position for an extended period. Our indoor storage customers can request tire flat spot protection pads for an additional charge, which are placed under each tire to distribute the vehicle's weight more evenly across the tire surface.

Question 6

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Our billing is based on 30 day increments with a 30 day minimum. Indoor storage is $89 per month and outdoor parking is $75 per month. 50% off your first month: indoor $44.50, outdoor $37.50, then regular rates. New customers only. Applies to the first 30 day billing period. If your stay extends into a partial month (for example, 45 days), that partial period is billed as a full 30 day period. So 45 days would be billed as 2 months.

Question 7

What is the minimum stay?

Accepted Answer

The minimum stay is 30 days. We do not offer daily or weekly parking. This service is specifically designed for long term travelers who need their vehicle stored for a month or more.

Outdoor parking ($75/month) features keypad-controlled entry within an electric fenced perimeter. 50% off your first month: indoor $44.50, outdoor $37.50, then regular rates. New customers only. Applies to the first 30 day billing period.
