Information you provide

Premier Long Term Parking, operated by Premier Auto Storage, collects the name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, storage preferences, dates, and any notes you provide in a reservation request. Please do not include sensitive information in your notes.

How we use reservation details

We use reservation details only to respond to your request and manage your vehicle storage, including confirming availability, arranging drop-off and pickup, and communicating about your storage. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a reservation. We do not sell your reservation details or use them for unrelated marketing. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide these services.

Analytics, advertising cookies, and campaign information

The site uses analytics and may use advertising cookies and similar technologies to understand visits and measure advertising results. Ahrefs analytics is currently included. Google Ads tracking is prepared but remains inactive until the owner supplies the Google Ads identifiers. When activated, Google may use cookies to associate visits and conversion events with ads. Reservation submissions and clicks on phone links may be measured; a phone-link click does not tell us whether a call connected.

We keep campaign parameters, including UTM source, UTM campaign, and Google click ID (gclid), during your browsing session. When you submit a reservation, these values are saved with the request and included in our internal notification email so we can identify which ad led to the request. We do not send your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, or reservation notes to Google as part of these conversion events.

You can control or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings and manage Google advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center. Blocking tracking may prevent us from measuring an ad response, but does not prevent you from requesting a reservation.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep reservation information as needed to handle your request, provide storage, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to those obligations.
